It being private property, I would imagine that you don't have any right to take it. It would be theft if you took materials from the property, so I can't see money being different.

Lets say that I was walking through your yard and you had been missing a wedding ring, and I found it. Guess what I have to give it back to you, the ring doesn't belong to you.

If it is on someone else's property, none. It is clearly not yours.
