If she said that, it's entirely possible she was saying she wasn't interested at that time - like immediately following her husband's Presidency. And that was wise. She needed to get some federal political experience under her belt before running for President.
That said, I do not believe she ever said she would never run for the Presidency. Politicians very rarely use absolute words like "never," but I will stand corrected if you find a link.

Who cares. Back when he was governor of Texas, George W said he had no interest in being president. People change their minds. Suck it up and deal. Besides, whining about such a petty point makes it sound like you have no legitimate objections to a Hillary Clinton Presidency.

No, I don't recall Sen. Clinton ever claiming such a thing. Even back in college one of her professors was quoted as saying he thought she would be the first woman President. She never closed that door, the most she would ever say was that she wasn't prepared to make any announcement to that end.
