you only get stars when others 'star' you question as interesting enough to want to come back to.

I have given more stars than I have received.
I just wish I could see which of my questions have been starred All I can pull up are the ones I clicked of other people questions.
I'd like to know which of my questions interested others.
I can give you a heart or a smilie face but no stars♥☻☺○...

♥EDIT ADD ON: You can checkyou own questions to see the stared ones.

there, i gave you a star. everystar that you get is worth 1 point. so if you get 9 stars, you get 9 points. but people only star you if you ask a question they think is interesting.

there you go. i gave you a star. it's when you ask a good question and people star it to save it so they can see what other people think or something like that.
