To the best of my knowledge, I don't have an arch enemy. But, someone that comes really close to being in the category is my ex-boss. I disliked her so much. She treated everyone that worked below her like dirt. She caused a few people to leave etc. She thought she was the Paris Hilton of the company. In the end, she was asked to leave because she was caught stealing from the company after working there for almost 20 years.
If I ever saw her again, I think I would spit in her face!

Hmmm...well I'm not going to pick a best, but my favourite of the three is Children of Bodom, followed by Nevermore. Never got into Arch Enemy for some reason.
