he didn't work for them.. he was trained by them (as were many, many others) to fight against the USSR in Afghanistan during the Cold War.
No one answered because it is literally impossible to know... I mean.. you want us to tell you info on the CIA's secret projects as if we know something? any answer would be pure speculation.. so you left us with no choice but to talk about what we do know.. that that is about Bin Ladin.

Bin Laden never worked for the CIA. Bin Laden was a Saudi national who worked with the Mujahadeen during the Soviet Occupation. We worked with the Mujahadeen during the Soviet Occupation. He was a friend of our friend, but never once was he paid or in the employ of the CIA or US government.

BTW, there is a big difference between the CIA and the US Gov't supporting resistance forces in Afganastan, and Bin Laden working for them.

You should really give a source to a claim like that... while it could be true giving that we gave a LOT of aid to groups that were fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan I guess that it could be possible. But IF it were true and there was actually proof of it then wouldn't this be all over the news even to this day?

He never worked directly for the CIA, he merely had some interaction during the Afghan/Soviet war up until the first Gulf War.
