Anarchy is defined as "a state of society without government or law." An anarchist supports this view.

Fascism is defined as "a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism."

In an anarchy there is no government, in a fascist society not only is there government, but the government controls and regulates everything.

I don't know if anarchy has an opposite per se, but Fascism comes very close.

Actually the opposite is communism... the entire ownership of all industry and the absence of a free market and the encroachment on civil liberties by taking a paternalistic view to managing a citizen's life.

All fascist governments allowed some free markets and often left the citizen to make many lifestyle decisions... communism wants government to be involved in all facets of a person's life so government would have to be increased.

Anarchist means no government.

JimSock is right

Anarchy is the opposition to any form of government. Therefore any form of government at all would be the opposite of anarchy in a political context.

The opposite of anarchy is every conceivable form of government including hierarchy, which would be my choice, laissez-faire capitalism and communism.
