I like to play basketball and watch football.

All of them ... for both. LOVE sports! I have 6 brothers so I never really had a choice!
Oh, okay, maybe with the exception of the Canadian Winter sport "curling" and tractor racing ... at some point someone got REAL bored! lol

I love running and jogging,but due to an injury i can only"run with a walker',ie on a treadmill where I can hold on well to take ankle pressures off.
I like to watch soccer( the real and universal football),hockey and basketball for a bit,but the long waiting periods in American sports make me loose attention and make the sport-watching seem to go on forever.
I like to watch Olympic-style sporting events( like swimming,racing,skiing, and acrobatics).
I find watching golf a real penance.

To play: Football and Soccer.
To watch: Football, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, just about any contact sports.
