Has anyone done business with Bernard Financial Services?

I want to know if they are a scam, because they don't have a website, and they want you to pay them money before they can transfer funds to your account why the hell they don't just give you the difference. They seem MIGHTY FISHY to me, anyway hit me and let me know

If they want money upfront to do a loan, they are a scammer.

You will never hear from them again if you sent the money and then you will be in worse financial shape than you were before.

Run away.
