I have to say to you, "It is called SELF-esteem"... now I am not trying to be mean spirited or rude. I am just very plain spoken. The only way another person can make you feel inferior through FALSE criticism is if you allow them to do so. If the person you have vowed to spend the rest of your life with is so self absorbed that they cant see how hurtfull what they are doing to you is... then, you need to point it out to them. How long do you think your marriage will last if you continue to live with someone that causes you to have to reach out to total strangers for ideas on how to deal with him/her? Show your partner how you want to be treated and talked to by how you treat and talk to them.... and then let it be known that you can not allow him/her to be so absent minded when it comes to you and your feelings.

i'm not sure what false criticism might be?
accusing of you of behaviors which are not true?
i don't know, maybe there is a deeper issue. ask your spouse why they are doing this? maybe you need to talk

huh.i don't understand your question. some one got a problem with your marriage? if its not the one you are married too then who cares.life and marriage is way to long and way to enjoyable to waist your time worrying about what others think
