start- run-msconfig (startup tab). Look at the programs loading up in that list make sure you know what they're all doing.

Virus/spyware scanner :)

____________

Key logger will not be listing in your add/remove programs as why would a "key logger" tell the system and build a add/remove program :P Heck if this was true we wouldn't need virus scanner programs could just uninstall the virus.

Next a good key logger will not be in the ctrl-alt-delete list because it will hook it self to another program and you will not see it.

You can go to the Windows Task Manager (Press Crtl + Alt + Delete buttons together). A Keylogger is usually running as a "Legitimate" program, if you find something that looks oddly suspicious then cross reference it at this website: http://www.ca.com/us/ and it will tell you if it malicious or not. But DO NOT delete or stop any programs from running unless your absolutely sure its some type of malicious software. If this did not help then download an Anti-Spyware program and scan your system. Here's the Link to the Free Spyware:http://www.comodo.com/products/free_products.html
It is called "Comodo Anti-Malware" downlod it and install it asap.
