I see these people at festivals that are wearing hats made out of the boxes from their empty beer cases. Just wondering how they make them.

Believe it or not, those hats are licensed. You can purchase a template on line that looks something like them for $9.97 at a sight on the web. Search all you want, you won't find instructions. Crazy isn't it?

You can make a tube out of cardboard that fits your head and fix that inside any box.
Or you can cut a hole in the bottom of the box that is just as big as your hat size.
Experiment, there are many more ways to make a hat out of almost everything.

take a carboard box and put it on your head (dont forget to cut out eye holes)

Its called "the lil thing thats cardboard and cutout to be round and keep the front of tha hat hard" duh.
