Should be anytime now. If this is your first pregnancy, you may have difficulty deciphering what is the baby and what is gas. Or you may not quite feel anything at all. But don't worry, it doesn't mean anything is necessarily wrong with your baby - he's just not quite strong enough yet to kick and punch you hard enough that you'll feel it, but don't worry, pretty soon you be saying, "Quiet down in there before I come in there!" LOL If you're really worried, and within a couple of weeks you don't feel anything, consult your physician!

Around 20 weeks. If you don't feel the baby move by the time your 24 weeks you will need to call the doctor asap!

If you havent felt movement yet you should probably have a non stress test done.
Usually by 20 weeks you have felt movement. Generally by 22 weeks you must have.
I felt movement at 14 weeks, while most moms dont feel anything with their first baby until around 18 weeks.
