Anyone who tries to tell you there is a difference is lying
Redistribution of wealth via taxes is wrong - whether it be for school vouchers, medical, welfare, food - or whatever the government wants to use it on
When dealing with single individuals people always use logic - for some reason - when dealing with the masses they change to emotions - the government does this all the time
They appeal to your emotions to get you to side with them even when you think its wrong - they claim its for the kids or the needy or the poor or for the safty of the country - what a crock - its still a redistribution of wealth and its still wrong

Well for starters we already pay taxes into education and we do not pay for universal health care so to do vouchers there we would have to increase taxes, of course only on those who currently pay but about double of today.
So if your tax payment was 4K last year, to get health care you are going to have to pay more than 8K in taxes. For the 4K extra I would think you could get a pretty darn good policy on your own without government interference

They wouldn't be.
Both would be a way to opt out of the public system, go to a private system, and have some of the money you paid for the public system offset the cost of the private system.
Same thing.
