Theoretically you'd have to press charges that he stole your credit card, or eBay account password and it was an unauthorized purchase. You entered into a legally binding contract when it was paid for -- either by you or someone acting as your "agent". If it's not your "agent" (which is the case), then a crime has been commited.

You can't. Hide your credit card, so your son can't find it. Your're responsible for the charge to your card!

You will have to pay for it. Then you can discipline him and make him earn the money to pay you back for it. Then maybe you will both learn your lesson.
