man i wish i had that dress code! my dress code is polo shirts, plaid skirt or khaki skirt. and then all that stuff you mentioned. lol. well as for the spagetthi straps/tank tops, find a cute jacket or sweater to put over it. for the earrings, buy some cool looking stud earrings, like in stars or hearts or w/e. claire's has really cool looking stud earrings, in like dice or zippers. for low necklines, wear an undershirt. for the jeans, find cool patches to put over the holes (if you really wanna wear your ripped jeans). the patches give your jeans a real cool vintage look. hope this helps! good luck in your new school!

That dress code is pretty much every school these days.
As far as cute clothes. Macy*s has very cute items. They have DKNY - which has some clothes that you can't wear, but also clothes that would follow the dress code. There's also their instore brand STYLE Inc. VERY cute things.
My suggestion would be to just go to the various stores and look in the junior department. You will be able to find very cute things that will follow the dresscode.
Good luck!

most of those things shouldnt be worn to school anyways. at least you can wear jeans. old navy has got some cute things, but if thats too tame for you there are some ways to go around the dress code. if it has a low neck line the put a tank under it....

Well first of all, sounds like a lame school, but try either dots or discovery clothing i know they don't sound like the best places to shop, but they've got some cute clothes that are for your school's dress code and pretty cheap!

i go to a skool with the exact same dress code. wow. ummm, well you could go to abercrombie and get non-ripped jeans, get skirts that are right below your knee from forever 21, get cute flats instead of heels from payless or journeys, and wear spaghetti straps w/ shrugs instead from wet seal, nordstrom, or abercrombie

You can try Aeropostale, A&F, American Eagle, Hollister. They have a lot of cute tees and you can always pair a low-neck top with a cami of a complimenting color underneath. I do that all the time.
