Clemens notched his 4000th strikeout during his 300th win.

13-June-2003, Cardinals at Yankees (interleague playgue) -- Rocket goes 6 2/3, giving up two runs and striking out ten, as the Yankees win, 5-2 (winning 3-2 when Clemens was relieved). Edgar Renteria strikes out in the top of the second for Clemens' 4000th K.

That depends on if that is a feasible plan, and whether or not your child cares if you are attending. I know when I was a kid, I frankly didn't want my parents at my sporting events, so if they wanted to go elsewhere, they were perfectly welcome to do so. If you can send one parent to each, that would be ideal. But if you can only field one parent that day, you should see if either one or the other really wants you there (and you might just decide to miss out on watching both, instead of picking favorites)
