I'm worried!!

Does it feel like it's in the skin, or is it a lump below the skin that you can move around. If it's in the skin it's probably an ingrown hair. If it's under the skin it could be a swollen lymph node, in which case you need to be checked out my your Doctor ASAP.

Under the surface of the skin, like a mini-marshmallow under multiple layers of skin - probably a lymph node. Have it checked by a dr.

A little bump right on the surface of the skin, probably an ingrown hair, maybe a cyst.

I have a cyst on my shoulder. It looks awful, but the dr. says it's nothing. I could get it removed, but it would just be cosmetic. Mine is about the size of a pencil eraser.

If it is well under the skin it is a gland that is playing up. The reason for this is that there is an infection of some sort or something amiss somewhere on the same side. Play it safe see your doctor. Even and ingrown hair that has become septic can cause your glands to swell.

If it is painful and red than yes it most likely is just an ingrown hair, razor bump. I used to get these quite often, my GYN said it was a lymph node that swelled and would go away on its own. It always did, it just hurt like crazy for a couple days. Good luck.

It happens to me all the time. It's a stuck gland. Doctor says to put a warm damp cloth on it to tell open it up. After a while I can get the puss out of it like a pimple. It's like a sweat gland that gets stuck shut and the sweat backs up in it. You wont die. Invest in a different deoderant.

If it's an ingrown hair or razor bump, it'll go away within a couple of days. Don't stress out just yet. But if it doesn't go away within a week or so, you need to have a doctor check it out.

this is likely lymphnode. i might the two end donning deoderant for a on an analogous time as or change to a organic one. (Baking soda works wonders.) I all at as quickly as met an analogous concern after employing anti-perspirants for a protracted time... i finished that and now i take advantage of "organic" (deoderants which at the instant are not antiperspirants and don't contain aluminum). the difficulty went away. I extensively utilized powdered baking soda for a on an analogous time as and this labored large... i fairly advise the baking soda answer till your swollen lymphnodes bypass back to their wide-spread length. in case you are attempting this and it would not bypass away, i might truthfully get it regarded at because of the fact this is a demonstration of different issues.
