more than likely it is the broken piece of leaf spring is making contact with the intact leaf spring, as you accelerate break or make turns the pressure is intensified and thus a rattle. you will usually not physically see it but if you look in the broken area you may see friction marks maybe, don't worry too much hut i would get it fixed soon just to be safe.

It sounds as if you need complete leaf spring replacements for both sides and a close shock absorber inspection.
The rubber grommets inside the ends of the leaf springs and rear frame hangers are most likely in tough shape causing the truck to sway.

a million) With fan "off", be certain that the fan help container and screws are tight and preserve - the noise ought to be indicating that the fan is loose on the ceiling. Codes now require specific fan help packing boxes to evade the container/fan from keeping apart from the ceiling, as intense harm may result while one falls. while you're uncertain as to the integrity on the ceiling , have a consultant electrician reinstall the fan. 2) examine that the screws attaching the fan blades and container conceal are preserve - they are able to loosen over the years 3) After checking those products, run the fan and look at for intense shaking. Shaking is frequently by using blade imbalance - yet another poster has given a potential of balancing followers, so i'm going to pass that.
