My truck makes a Ratteling noise when i go over bumps, i think it's the leaf spring, what makes it rattle??

A while ago about 1 foot of the leaf spring on the rear drivers side fell off...now if i go over bumps it rattles and sometimes when i take turns it sways... i would like to know what makes the noise, i looked under my truck and nothing looks loose...does anyone know?
