ifP (x,y) is a point of the circle and A and B the endpoints of a diameter AP and BP are perpendicular
The slope of AP is (y+5)/(x-2) and the slope of BP is(y-3)/(x+4)
so
(y+5)/(x-2) * (y-3) /(x+4) =-1
(y+5)(y-3)+(x-2)(x+4)=0
You can do the multiplications
Corrections (x-2 instead x+2
