www.prosper.com is the only one that I know of.
Anybody who responds to your question offering you a loan is a scammer. Also, if someone responds saying that got a loan from some guy at ??????@yahoo.com (or other generic email address), they are also a scammer.

Agreed with previous, www.prosper.com is the way to go and the rest is probably scam.
