Because Bush cannot seem to wrap his head around the reality and the facts as announced by his own military and intelligence agencies.

Bush is living in a delusional world where all the terrorists across the globe are 100% located in Iraq, and nothing that happens outside Iraq matters in that equation (to him).

We pay the price for his delusions.

why does Hilary, she voted in favor of the arms deal. Stop blaming Bush for everything that happens all the time. You people fail to realize that for most things the President isn't the only deciding factor.

I guess while we're at it we should ask why Nancy Pelosi, Jack Murtha, Harry Reid and Barack Obama want to give aid and comfort to our enemies and raise their prestige in the international community?

To keep the war on terror alive. Without enemies, there is no war. How can he run the war on terror if he doesn't have terrorists to fight? So he makes sure they have plenty of ammo to fight with.
