Team one by far. Better RBs, Better QBs, WRs are a push, TEs don't matter (you don't need 2, drop McMicheal or try and trade him). D/ST Denver is solid, but slight edge to NE, K's don't matter, but Scobee is better any way.

Team one; Brady is consistant; RB's with LT, Henry, and Jones are starters. WR's as a whole are about even.
