what does it mean?
after using my PC for about an hour or so, it crashes and the blue creen of death appers with that stupid msg.
what is wrong with my PC?

That is a hardware error. If it is happen after several minutes of use (such as an hour) you may be looking at an overheating issue. Takes it that long to overheat.
Open the case, and use compressed air to clean all the dust and dirt out of it. Also clean the fans so that you are getting go airflow. Make sure nothing is blocking any of the air vents in the case.
If the problem continues, you have a bad piece of hardware or a bad driver. You may have to try updating drivers or replacing cards one by one looking for the problem. Check the entire error message to see if it might indicate the hardware involved.
