Lime Away, CLR, or a similar lime/mineral deposit remover will fix it. Either remove the shower head and put it in a tub of the solution (you only need to cover the nozzels), or, you can treat it in place by pouring some in a heavy ziplock bag and taping it to the shower head.

This is simple. The reason that your shower head is spraying like that is likely due to hard water deposits and buildup. To get get rid of it just submerge the shower head in vinegar.. The easiest way to this is to hang a cup or a bowl from the shower head so that the shower head fits into it and fill the cup or bowl with vinegar. Just let the shower head soak for a while, and it will be fine.

Take your shower head off and soak in undiluted solution of CLR (rust and lime removal cleaner) this will loosen and remove any lime scale or rust deposits that are causing the problem. I've done this, need to soak for about 1/2 hour or so. Brush over holes with an old toothbrush to help remove any deposits.

Yes, my shower has a detachable shower head. Although its great for women, I like it too. It allows me to get in close and make sure I'm rinsing all that soap off. Some men like a little "vibration" too

Try soaking it in a bowl of hot white vinegar for about 10 minutes. Then rinse out and put it back up. I do it about 1 time a year cause of the hard water.

Soak it in a mixture of seltzer and salt....Coke works, but can stay sticky even after rinsing.
Put the showerhead in a bowl or cup, cover it with plain seltzer, then add a tsp of table salt and soak over night. Rinse with water in the a.m.
GOOD LUCK!
P.S. same solution removes water spots from silverware!

CLR or Lime-Away will work. They even show it doing just that in the commercial, cleaning a shower head.

Sounds crazy, but let the head soak overnight in coke. It eats away the mineral deposits that clog up your head.
