everytime i try to do push ups my bones (in my arm elbow i guess) crack a lot. like every time i go up and down. im only 14. um is there something wrong with it? also its like annoying cus everyone can hear and it gosses ME out.also its kinda uncomfortable.

Your elbow might be double jointed or you dont do pushups very often and the stress on the elbows tweaks and cracks. I would try this. Stand up with your legs shoulder width apart and touch your hands to your toes. place your hands forward and lean against the floor then keep moving them further away from your body until you are almost completly stretch out. At this point you should be in a perfect pushup position. Try that and see if the problem with your elbow occurs. If it still happens then try girl pushups.

People still don't know what causes cracking of the joints, but there is a strong theory that it is airbubbles being released. Remember to position your hands in the right place, and stretch a little bit before you do push ups.

no i'm 15 and thats what happens sometimes..it might be because you dont kno how to pull your weight
