I'm looking for a part but donno what it's called.

It's like the bumper, but it's in ther front and goes under the topplastic or whatever.

lol...I'm so lost! : )

The bumper is the metal beam that actually absorbs the force of the impact, so I think that's what you're referring to.

The plastic trim piece on the outside of the car is called the bumper cover.

The cowl, the hood, the fenders the grille, bumper, bumper cover, front air dam. And if we put them all together, then we can call it a front clip or a dog house.

Alright from the top, You have the hood that flows down your your headlights that is near the grill that connects the the bumper that has a plastic lip on it, others have weathering lines attached to the lip of the bumper, it allows your car to take a bit more bottom outs.
