I'm 13 and 5'6''. I need them for school. We have uniforms, but I've outgrown all of the children's uniform stores I used to buy my pants at. I'd prefer pants that are kind of flared and are not creased. I'm a size 2.

Thank you for all the suggestions! I love the AE pants, but I'm kind of looking for cheaper pairs and the Old Navy might be a bit small. I don't know. Thanks though!

It may be hard to find them this time of year since Navy is more of a spring color. I would try Old Navy, Gap or Target.

You may also want to try an Navy/Army surplus store and get a pair of real navy salior pants. That actually look really cute on and they will be close to the fit you are looking for.

Abercrombie and Abercrombie and fitch

These may be a little casual for school.
Abercrombie runs big, I usually wear a 14 but a 10 in abacrombie.

Try JcPenny's or Old Navy. I have the same problem with my 13 year old.

I found some for you on bannana republic, but they're a bit pricey for a school uniform...

Are these ok, or are the legs too wide?
