Body odor. It tends to waft around the person in a cloud of stink... Not a good thing. Bad breath is easier to fix by offering the person a mint, but it would be kinda rude to ask someone if they'd like to shower.

Body odor because the odor from just one person can fill a room. SPECIFICALLY; can't stand the smell of old azz. You don't want to ride a city bus back home after everyone riding has worked a hard day. Doesn't anyone whipe properly??? Add sweat to that and OMG!!!!

Body odor. If you've ever been in a New York City taxi in July driven driven by someone from a culture that believes that deodorant is "effeminate" you'd wish he had bad breath but at least use deodorant.
My other favorite is big woolly coarse dark armpit hair on women.

Bad Breath. Body odor is bareable, always, but when a person speaks with bad breath, the smell of rotting food and decaying bacteria...*shudders.* Bad Breath will be worse. So please, do the world a favor... brush twice a day.
I'm not sure of any other awful turn offs. Lack of Hygene is the worst of all.
