Definitely call a doctor. I girl I worked with got that, I think it's the same thing, not like I saw it. She had to take antibiotics and a month or two later she got another in a different spot and it hurt her to walk. Another round of antibiotics and she's okay since then. Good Luck. Maybe look at webmd.com they have diagnostic tool there.

I not sure but it could be genital warts. They can be raised, flat, pink, or flesh-colored. They can even be shaped like cauliflower. Sometimes there is a single wart; other times multiple warts appear. They can be small or large. They can be on the anus, cervix, vagina, scrotum, groin, thigh, anus, or the penis. It doesn't sound like it, but the best thing to do is go and get it checked by your doctor. But good luck and I hope it goes away.

See your doctor - pustules should be treated, and you may need antibiotics to cure it completely.
