i seem to have some?

i seem to have some light spotting, and a slight draft in my nether regions, should i call my doctor about this, or should i go straight to the emergency room, the spotting doesnt bother me that much, but the draft is kinda cold, and seems to be causing some shrinkage

Wear worm underwear and a pad. That should take care of both.
