I realize this may be in impossible question to answer but I'm going to try. When I was in high school in the late '80's there was a high school player drafted by the Brewers. He was a pitcher that had a couple of "perfect games" striking out EVERY BATTER (in high school). I don't remember the exact year but it was late 80's and I don't remember where he was from. Does anybody have any idea who it was? Did he ever make it to the majors?

Maybe having a "perfect game" isn't specific enough. Do many players strike out every batter while playing at lower levels?

I don't know, but maybe if you see the name it will jog your memory. Check out this website. Click on the "D" across from the appropiate year to see the draft picks the Brewers made.
