So let me get this "straight," no pun intended. You are practicing your "first kiss" on a girlfriend so it would be perfect when you kiss a boy.

If I am reading and understanding your question correctly, there may be an undertone of fear of being labeled as either bisexual or lesbian by doing this. I will address this one first. It does not make you bisexual or lesbian by kissing a girlfriend unless there is something there. If there is more than just practicing, then you need to examine your own feelings about this.

About this being the first kiss. Your first kiss should be something that is special. If you need some practice to work-up to that, then so be it. Who are we to judge what your first kiss should be. You already know the answer and may be projecting your fear of rejection upon the boy finding out that you had to practice on a girl first. Sorry if I sound harsh on this but this is the way I see it. Good luck!

If I understand you correctly, you're afraid 'practicing' with a particular female friend may or may not make you gay? Well, kissing someone of the same sex won't make you gay. How you feel about that kiss, though, could. Being gay has nothing to do with sex, kisses or anything physical - it's all about what stirs your passions emotionally. If men do that for you, you're straight. If it were women, you'd be a lesbian. It could always be something in between. In any event, don't worry about it. You are who you are.

When folks talk about their "first kiss"..... they are normally referring to their first "romantic kiss." So then, that kiss that happens when you are with somebody in a romantic situation will be your official "first kiss." ...... Remember Fiona in SHREK..... "true love's first kiss" .... I'm SURE she didn't count whatever donkies or dragons she may have kissed before. Okay so maybe your first kiss won't be of true love (although it IS possible!)..... it at least has to qualify as romantic to earn the title, "first kiss."
Good luck!

You're a curious little cat, aren't you ;-) Your first kiss is the FIRST kiss, no matter how ill-practiced it might be :-D

Your "first kiss" is your FIRST kiss. Your first kiss would technically be with your friend, because it is your first. The kiss with your boyfriend can be your first kiss with a boy, though.
