You cannot watch it live for free.
MLB.com owns that property and any service that uses it will charge for it.

The closest thing is MLB Gameday at MLB.com. It's an updated animation of the game (player positions, where the ball is pitched, where it's hit - not like a cartoon animation), with text descriptions of each at-bat. It's a bit delayed (anywhere from one to five minutes). But, you can kinda pretend you're watching a game if you tune to a local radio station and listen to the broadcast while you watch Gameday.

Nowhere. MLB does not allow the games to be shown for free on the internet. I've seen some people give webs sites that show "bootlegged" games, but they've never worked when I go to them.
MLB.com is the only place - and you have to pay

ok here is your winning answer. You cant watch the game itself but you can get pretty damn close. On yahoo sports , click on the game in progress and click on GAMECHANNEL. You see who is pitching, batting, the count, outs , whos on base, whos coming up to bat. And somebody types every single pitch what happened. and you can go back and forth to any game that is being played.

Nowhere! MLB doesn't care about the fans. You can't even listen to radio feeds without paying. It's a shame they alienate certain groups of people by forcing everyone to pay even for the simplest of things like streaming audio.
