I had a dream, that I was running along the beach. I thought that I was going 2.)surfing, which for me is quite strange, I have never surfed in my entire life. As I was running ever so swiftly, the wind blowing in my face, it seemed I was in another world. I felt young and vivacious.
Anyway, I stepped in something. I bent down to clean it off my barefoot, when I heard a voice say, hi! I am 1.)Thunder. I looked up to see 5.) a smile and a wink. He asked what I was doing. I said I have stepped in 3.)Cowabunga, dude.
Thunder said that he was a 4.) lifeguard. I said...I know that's right! Finally I was able to get the cowabunga off my foot.
We began to stroll down the beach. A dream indeed...
After a long while, he reached out and pulled me towards him, and laid a double lip lock on me. I nearly lost my breath. He stepped back and I yelled 6.) Hee Haw!
I woke myself up......what a bummer.

At least I thought I woke up...continued

When I was a kid, I took lifeguard certification lessons, but I never worked as a lifeguard. For one thing, I didn't want to sit in an elevated chair near water. In the event of an electrical storm, with thunder and lightning, that just doesn't seem to be the safest place. Too, I didn't want to lifeguard on a beach, because I would have to put up with the surfing cretins. They have a language all their own, always saying things like"Cowabunga, Dude," which I couldn't bear to listen to. It was bad enough that I was from farm country, where I heard the occasional "Hee Haw!" About the only thing I picked up in lifeguard certification classes was how to give pretty girls wearing swim suits a smile and a wink. Unfortunately, that lesson has not benefitted me greatly in life.

It was a dark and stormy night, I was surfing below the thunder when all of a sudden I hear a lifeguard yelling, "HEE HAW!"
I rode my wave into shore yelling, "COWABUNGA, DUDE!" to the lifeguard.
He gave me a smile and a wink and we high fived in the rain before i walked to my car to drive home.
