i would take a nap like your body needs sleep to function right 2.5 hours is not enough

If you feel tired and don't have anything else you need to be doing, go right ahead. With that little amount of sleep, I'm sure you don't feel your best, and if you take a nap you'll wake up feeling a lot better.

Do if you feel like. But don't if you can manage without. Remember, the leaders of the country never sleep 8 hours a day. You don't need so much sleep if you can keep your mind at peace.
