Click and hold, on the start bar somewhere in the middle where there are no programs (it's blank), then drag the bar to the bottom of the screen. If you cannot do this, right click on the start icon, and go to properties. In the taskbar tab, uncheck the "lock the taskbar" checkbox, then drag the task bar to the bottom.

Right click on the Taskbar and make sure that it is unlocked. Then put your curser in the Taskbar and click and hold the left mouse button. Now drag the bar back to the bottom of the screen and release the mouse button. Now lock the Taskbar so that it can't be moved by mistake.

Put the mouse on an empty section of the bar. Left click and drag it to the bottom. Let go and it should pop there.

All you have to do is click and drag the bar to the bottom....
click properly.... your probably not doing it right press the mouse button down and hold it down while you drag then release when its in the right spot.

right click the bar, go through and make sure the bar is unlocked, then just click and drag it AROUND to the bottom
