Some general rules will help you out here:

Ammonium salts are almost always soluble
Nitrates are almost always soluble
Acetates are almost always soluble

That leaves only the magnesium carbonate and ferric sulfate as possibles.

Iron sulfate is soluble (no Ksp value in the reference).

Magnesium carbonate has a Ksp = 6.82x10^-6

By process of elimination, it has to be the magnesium carbonate.

it all depends on polarity of the substance. as like dissolves like and water is a polar solvent it will dissolve almost all ionic substances. therfoe all these salts seem to dissolve in water
