None, unless maybe you find some produced illegally in a foreign county. Collagen is very easy to extract from animal bones and cartilage, so there is totally no need to find another source. Also, aborted fetuses are very tiny and do not have much in the way of bones or cartilage, so if nothing else using them to get collagen would have to be the most ineffective and uneconomic method of getting collagen that I can imagine!!!

I think you have gotten any information about using fetuses for collagen from a urban legend!!
