I have views different from theirs so they block me. This is intolerance and censorship. Does this happen to other conservatives? Are they afraid of hearing the other side? I only block people who use obscenity or who harass me.

Yep, I have a small list of those who have blocked me, I usually bock them back. They are cowards who can't stand to see that some one might think differently than they.
Just like Jim W blocked me and for what? I have never filed a violation notice against anyone, that is just a lame excuse. And if he thinks I'm far right he is even further to the left than I thought.

Seeing as you're a conservative and I am...incredibly not..you and I will agree on pretty much nothing. But I will say this...as a liberal I am sickened by anyone who censors a view simply because they don't agree with it. I would rather engage you on what I think is wrong with your argument and I would hope that other liberals on YA feel the same way. So fellow liberals let's stand up for the free speech that we support.

Me I just made a true remark about dem that got eliminated while the Rep evade 90% of those... And got blocked by the asker (which was a cons). This American patriot did indeed do that to censor me, and it works on both sides of the fence look like!

They're not exactly censoring you by ignoring you, it's their right to not have to listen to what you're saying if they don't agree. I'm not conservative personally, but I do think the art of debate is gone. People can't hear an opinion different from their own and be able to put together an intelligent retort to it, instead they revert to name calling, huffing and puffing and pouting.

I don't know if anyone is blocking your answers or not, but speaking from the other side of the coin, it seems that neocon are of the opinion that their opinion is the only one that matters! I get so sick and tired of constantly being put down because I am a liberal, and only want what is best for my country, and that is moving forward, not staying in the same place, and doing nothing! What is so wrong about that?
PS That is what the thumbs down is for, and I use that one all the time, but I 'show 'mine! So there!

to censor you would be to try and get you kicked off.. blocking you is just ignoring you and their right. If you take such things personally.. you are going to have a stressful life... because most people in this world are just going to ignore you when they don't agree with you.
