"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line."
--President Bill Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998

"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."

"People can quarrel with whether we should have more troops in Afghanistan or internationalize Iraq or whatever, but it is incontestable that on the day I left office, there were unaccounted for stocks of biological and chemical weapons."

The weapons program in 1998 was handled by Clinton, thus those quotes are irrelevant. The weapons program in the early 2000s was a lie, and you can't show that Clinton agreed with Bush on that. That facts are clear. There was a program in the late 90s which Clinton took care of. By the time he left office, most of it was destroyed and controlled. Bush made up a new program in the 2000s which has yet to be shown true.

Clinton was and is and always will be the next to worst President behind Jimmy Carter and one of only two in our history to be impeached.
He is the king of lies and so is biliary. And for you on the left Obama is is liar and has big ears. Edwards is more female then Biliary.
And remember 911 it would not have happened if Slick Willy had taken on the enemy he has declared many times instead of playing hide the cigar.
Now Lib's cry to Yahoo I told on you ha ha ha

At what point did Clinton say "We should remove Saddam from power and use 1/3rd of the troops needed to hold stability in the region after that"

No one denies that Saddam needed to be kept in check.. but even his closest advisers told Bush not to remove him... he decided not to listen.. and 4 years later we are still paying the consequences for this action.
