Is it because they are Asian Christians and not Arab Muslims?

You don't have to be a Christian to sympathize but I don't understand why these actions against Christians haven't been condemned by Muslims.

I agree, really, that these wars are ill-founded and without premise. I only agree with war for the purpose of self-defense or a peacekeeping mission into places like Ingushetia, Chechnya and Azerbaijan where our troops could be of some use, planning restoration projects, protecting U.N. relief workers, offering security and helping to settle conflicts and organize society. Then the refugees could be returned to Nagorno-Karabakh and Chechnya.

Have you been listening? Do you have many ears in the "muslim community"? So then how do you know there isn't one?

Probably. Also, there is a great probability that the dissenters will be shunned, or disincluded from muslim community activity. Have any of you REALLY given thought to the fact that most of our global wars, result from greed, ego, and need for dominance. How superficial these goals.

yes. no sarcasm.

but in all honesty, what is a group of missionaries doing in the most hostile islamic region in the world? fine, they're there for humanitarian aid, but under the context of christianity. that's just stupid. i wish someone had told them about the law of attraction.

i've never seen the muslim community take a stance on anything that doesn't victimize them. if they want a prayer room in university, they go nuts. if they want halaal food in the university cafeterias, they go nuts. if they can't wear the hijab on a soccer field, they go nuts. but when it comes to the rights of other people, they are rarely involved. i know this because i'm officially a muslim.

I feel sick every time I hear about it.

Then again, I'm an atheist of Korean descent, so I probably don't count.
