follow up and I need help?

my periods are always out of wack and I am 5 days late from my last month date. I took a test and it said I was n't pregnant...what's going on?

Birth control used?

Sexually active? (I'll assume yes since you said you took a pregnancy test)

Age?

Could just be stress.
