I looked through the site and it appears they don't have a "Senior Pass" per se, but look at the Benelux/Germany Passes and you can get 5 days in 2 months 2nd class for $240, which is cheaper than the 3 day senior pass in France.
And if you travel with another you can get the saver pass and save even more.
Look on raileurope.com under Multiple country passes.
That's the best deal for Benelux and Germany. You actually get 3 countries covered in Benelux, which counts as one.
