Could it be "Believe" by Brooks&Dunn? Alot of country songs have a 'someday I'll be leaving' theme to them, so it's difficult to guess. Good luck!

i know a song by garth brooks called if tomorrow never comes, it is sad. it talks about if died would his wife know how much he loved her, it is a great song, if it is not what you were looking for, i'd suggest listening to it anyway, good luck!!

There's a song called "farewell party", about when somebody dies, I don't remember who sings it. You might be able to look it up by the title.
