That won't help you, they are cool inside, but give off heat outside, they'd actually make your car hotter. Think about a window AC - they give off a lot of heat on the outside, as does your refrigerator in the back of it.
Your best bet is a dash mounted fan - check this one at JC Whitney:

You can probably find them locally at auto zone or pep boys or whatever is near you.
be cool!

Let's think about this for a minute. The refrigerator has a motor that turns a compressor, that will generate heat. The frige, will also have hot fluid running thru a heat exchanger that will generate heat into the cab of the car. The cooling air will have to be used to offset the excess the refrigerator puts out. So if you have no cooling effect becasue the cooling and heat offset, plus you have the extra heat of the compressor motor running. That would mean that it is actually hotter than if you didn't have the frigerator at all.
Dumb ol Physics had to get involved. Other than that it was a good idea.

i don't think thats a good idea, i might be wrong, but i think those fridges only keep a small amount of space cool. Keeping the door open wouldn't help either. You would have btr luck with a 12v car fan.

Ok, this works, you need a small 12v water pump to add to it. And some neoprene tube. Put water in the cooler let it chill, put the tubing in front of you air vents like a coil. pump the water from the cooler through the coil, and back into the cooler.

If there's a quick, it is going to knock out the capability interior the cigarette lighter. If its not working, its probably an open circuit, blown fuse is probably. in case you have a voltmeter, which could help confirm what subject you're having.
