Smiling and being nice is an act when I am not feeling good sometimes,it wave the aggravation and stress and you can do your job better, don't you agree ? Beside,beautiful or prettiness is the result of being nice and smiling all the time. I heard a mexican guy said about me >"Que hermosa pero ella vieja."Ouch !!!!! Keep rockin!!

Not usually ..But I work in a customer service position and people will come in and be cranky jerks. And I am suppose to just smile and be nice. Sometimes I want to reach out and throttle them that's when I have to go to a Happy Place instead in my mind.

I do. I work at a convenience store in Japan and I have to smile all the time to everybody even if some people treat you like **** and all you want to do is treat them like **** back but I can't. I'm sorry for talking like this, but it did help me getting it off me.

yea thats um, kinda why i left burger king 2 yrs ago and didnt even bother to put in my 2 weeks notice. when customers get mad, i cant be nice anymore its written all over my face and i cant hide it
