My six year old daughter swims in it daily.

It is ten foot by 6 foot and 22 inches deep.

Once a week I drain the water and scrub it with antibacterial soap before rinsing it out and refilling it.

I keep a cover on it when we are not using it.

Still... I think it should be cleaner.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me out with this. I looked at the store where I bought the pool and was overwhelmed with options and methods.

The only problem with what I am tempted to suggest is that it could sting her eyes. I am thinking a little bit of bleach.

If I've done my math right, 10 feet by 6 feet, if you fill it to one foot deep you've got about 450 gallons in there. I say experiment a little with one to two cups of bleach and see how that goes. Afterall, it is chlorine bleach and chlorine is what is used in swimming pools.

Try using baking soda to balance the PH... It's on the back of the 12 lb bag how to do it... It's not harmful if swallowed either.. Good luck
