Wisconsin = 5%, but I live in Brown County (Green Bay) and there is an extra half percent added to pay for the renovations to Lambeau Field. This tax is actually ahead of schedule in paying for the renovations. I don't know if the tax will be withdrawn after the renovations are paid for, but it was approved by voters in an election.
