18: Go to the casino, enter the lotto, buy some scratchers, buy some cigerettes, go to an 18 and up club, go to MEXICO ( I highly recommend that one!), get your drivers licence (I know you can at 16, but you have to take drivers ed first), get your own apartment, go to jail
21: All of the above, go to 21 and up shows, go to a casino that's 21 and up, go to VEGAS, go to the bar, order a cocktail when you go out to eat, buy yourself your own beer, and most importantly get hammered!

When you turn 18, put some deep thought into a meaningful tattoo. Think about it for 3 years to make sure you can live with it for the rest of your life. Then on your 21st birthday, or the day before, get the tattoo. ON your birthday, get really drunk-but not so much that you get alcohol poisoning, and then never ever ever drink like that again for as long as you live, because being really drunk sucks @$$. Tattoos are cool though.

Go to a hookah bar. if you're 18 you can smoke, if you're 21 you can smoke AND drink. when i turn 18, my man will be 22 by then so i told him we're gonna go. haha.
