I want pretty nails (DONE myself!!!!!!!) and i was going to buy fake nails to glue on (http://www.broadwaynails.com/bwy200501/?pg=products&mg=french&sg=BSF)

but i really want natural looking, store bought nails. So i want to try acrylic nail sculpting, (http://kissusa.com/BK107.html) but ive never tried it! Is it easy?

p.s: Do you think A Dip powder system (http://kissusa.com/dippowder.html) would be easier?

Any polish remover will work for you. Acetone is used to remove acrylic nails, but it takes quite a bit soaking to do that. So taking polish off with polish remover that has acetone in it will not hurt your acrylics. (As a manicurist, I use straight acetone to remove polish all the time.) You might need to buff the acrylic nails after removing polish. Just use #400 wet/dry sandpaper.

I have tried doing acrylic nails myself. The first time it was just very difficult to do evenly...but it takes time to get use to! If you keep practicing you will be able to get it right... I would not recommend doing it yourself if you are wanting it for a special occasion. :-D

For the beginner, dip is by far and away the easiest! Make sure the liquid is as level and smooth as you can before dipping - this reduces the amount of time you will spend after buffing!

well i've done acrilic on myself before but its diffuclt time consuming and it smells really bad so just go and get ur nails done they will last longer that way and u will get the professional look too!
